Sheila Jeans Home Care provides a range of high quality domiciliary care services and we invest in professional training for all our staff to ensure that they are able to meet our high standards.
In addition to online training on the main standards of care, our care assistants receive professional training , both on the job and at our training facility, where we cover topics such as manual lifting.
We embrace the use of electronic systems to increase our efficiency and reduce our carbon footprint. All our staff are able to access digital skills training, which allows them to fully embrace technology as part of their caring responsibilities and also helps to ensure that they are not digitally excluded in other areas of their lives.
